Seo Boon is the network consulting engineers for Cisco Systems
Advance Services Team. For the past 5 years, he has been helping large ISP
around Asia Pacific region building core backbone network which focus on
backbone routing (BGP and IS-IS). Lately, the emphasis been center around SP
security lately and leveraging on his knowledge in backbone routing. Prior to
working for Cisco Systems, Seo Boon was the senior IP engineer building and
maintaining the SingTel Internet exchange and ISP backbone
